Essential oils aren’t just a fad—they are incredibly useful and effective, and if you don’t have them in your arsenal yet, it’s time! Read about 10 essential oil life hacks, below, that will come in handy time and time again.

Quick and Easy Sanitation

Your cat throws up on the floor. Your toddler makes a poopy mess. Your entire household has the flu. After cleaning up the initial mess, take 5 drops of Bandits Essential Oil Blend (you can also include a few drops of Lemon) and mix with water in a spray bottle. Shake and spray to remove odors and sanitize.* This is also a great hack for a smelly house or room!

Breakout Begone Hack

1 – 2 drops of Tea Tree oil placed directly on the offending pimples will make them disappear in no time!* If you suffer from more persistent acne, mix 20 drops of Tea Tree oil with 2 ounces of witch hazel for a quick, easy, and effective DIY toner.*

Keep the Bugs Away

Make a quick homemade bug spray by combining 2 ounces distilled water with 2 ounces witch hazel. Add 10 drops Citronella, 10 drops Lemongrass, and 5 drops Lavender. Shake thoroughly to mix.

Time-Saver Laundry Hack

Save yourself time and effort by putting your favorite essential oil on wool dryer balls to scent your laundry (plus, they shorten drying time by 50%!). Our favorite is Lavender!

Mood Elevation Hack
