DIY Back Acne “Bacne” Spray

DIY Back Acne “Bacne” Spray

DIY Back Acne “Bacne” SprayBack acne, commonly known as bacne, is a frustrating affliction that, unfortunately, is quite common. Due to the fact that the back is one area of the body that has the greatest density of pores, it makes sense that acne may thrive there.

Therefore, DIY back acne “bacne” spray uses essential oils and other ingredients that are antibacterial and have a drying effect on acne.*

First of all, finding the cause(s) of your bacne is important so you can make lifestyle changes to help eliminate it and keep it from returning, while simultaneously using our DIY back acne “bacne” spray recipe.

  • First, take an inventory of the kinds of shirts you wear. If they’re too snug and/or made of synthetic fibers, like polyester, your skin can’t breathe and oils will build up.
  • And, sweating will also block your pores and cause pimples, so at least rinsing off after your workout (or anytime you sweat excessively) is important.
  • Also remember to wash your sheets at least once a week, as they soak up all the dirt and grime from your skin, making it a breeding ground for bacteria!
  • Finally, do you wear backpacks, purses, or anything else that might irritate the skin on your back and cause acne? If so, you may want to replace them with something more comfortable.

In addition, there are other possible causes of “bacne:”

  • Genetics
  • Menstruation
  • Hormones
  • Emotional stress

Whatever the cause, the practice of exfoliating and using an essential oil spray can make a huge difference in ridding troublesome bacne.*

Especially relevant, in the shower or bath, use a body brush (with a long handle so you can reach your back!) and gently exfoliate. After showering and drying off, take our DIY spray, shake well, and spray the affected areas. Either you can let it dry naturally, or you can dab any areas that are too wet.
