• Dilute with carrier oil for direct skin contact.
• Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking diabetes medication or anticoagulant medication, or if you have a peptic ulcer, hemophilia or another bleeding disorder. Dilute well before use.

• Cinnamon Bark pure essential oil is also a “hot” oil, and should not be used undiluted on the skin.

• May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use.
