Description: Fresh and sweet, somewhat anise-like and smoky, cooling, fresh, minty, warm, spicy, and reminiscent of clove. A soft scent. Not as pungent as other basil varieties.

This oil is used in many skin treatments, as it is particularly effective in soothing and softening skin. Resembles the basil commonly grown in the western countries and used for Italian cuisine, and considered the most valuable variety of basil. Extremely aromatic and stimulating.
