• Do not add to bath water; thyme essential oil is a “hot” oil.
• Use sparingly as it can be toxic if used in excess.
• Can sensitize skin; dilute with 1% Thyme oil to 99% carrier oil. Test for sensitivity before use.
• Dilute with carrier oil for direct skin contact.
• Not recommended for:
  • People with high blood pressure (stimulating oil).
  • Pregnant or nursing individuals.
