Epsom salts are believed to help with muscular aches, pains, and strains, making this DIY lavender Epsom salt soak recipe even more effective.* The relaxing and relieving scent of lavender helps your body and mind – while Epsom salt eliminates your tension.*

DIY Lavender Epsom Salt Soak

Directions

  • Run your bath. When it’s partly full, add the Epsom salt and diluted lavender oil. For a bit of fun and flair, add some dried lavender blossoms if you have them!
  • Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes and allow your body to relax.

Note: Personalize this with your choice of essential oils (i.e. if you have cold symptoms, try Eucalyptus essential oil).
