How to Use
Direct Skin Application (Roll-On):
Apply Calming Essential Oil Blend Roll-On to pulse points such as the wrists, temples, and neck. Use as part of your daily self-care ritual or during times of emotional overwhelm. Avoid eyes and broken skin. For external use only.*
Topical Use (Concentrate):
Dilute 3 to 4 drops of Calming Essential Oil Blend in 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of carrier oil. Apply to pulse points such as the neck, wrists, or chest to support emotional balance. May also be used on the soles of the feet or along the spine during relaxation routines. For sensitive skin, older adults, or children over age 10, use a more diluted amount. For external use only.*

Avoid use around infants or young children. Limit diffusion to 30–60 minutes in well-ventilated spaces. For external use only.*
Massage Use (Pre-Diluted Massage Oil):
Apply Calming Massage Oil generously to shoulders, back, feet, or other areas of tension. Massage gently into the skin using broad, circular strokes. Ideal for winding down in the evening or during a calming massage. For external use only.*
Spritz Lightly (Spray):
Calming Essential Oil Blend Spray is pre-diluted and ready to use. Shake well before each use. Lightly mist onto areas like shoulders, back, neck, or legs as part of your body care routine. Let air dry or gently massage in. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, and broken or irritated skin. For external use only.*
