Massage Use (Pre-Diluted Massage Oil): Apply Calming Essential Oil Blend Massage Oil to clean, dry skin and massage using slow, flowing strokes. Topical Use (Concentrate): Dilute 3 to 4 drops of Calming Essential Oil Blend in 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of carrier oil. Apply gently to the skin as part of a calming self-care or relaxation ritual. For sensitive skin, older adults, or children over age 10, use a more diluted amount. For external use only.*
