Bay Leaf  – Laurel Leaf (Laurus nobilis)

  • Preclinical animal research suggests Bay Leaf essential oil may reduce pain and inflammation, showing effects comparable to piroxicam in reducing edema.¹
  • In vitro studies indicate possible inhibition of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH)—an enzyme involved in inflammatory pathways.²

Frankincense (Boswellia spp.)

  • A 2015 preclinical study published in Scientific Reports found that combined extracts of Frankincense and Myrrh significantly suppressed inflammation in animal models. The study showed that this effect was mediated through modulation of metabolic pathways and inhibition of the MAPK signaling pathway, which plays a key role in inflammatory responses. These findings support traditional use of Frankincense and Myrrh for joint and muscle comfort and suggest a possible mechanism for their observed anti-inflammatory effects.*³

How to Use Mobility Ease

Massage Oil Use:
Apply Mobility Ease Massage Oil directly to the skin during your massage or body care routine. Dispense a small amount into your hands or onto the area of tension, then gently massage using circular motions. This nourishing oil glides smoothly over the skin and enhances your relaxation experience through aromatherapy.*

Topical Use (Concentrate):
If using the Mobility Ease Essential Oil Blend concentrate, always dilute before applying to skin. Mix 3 to 4 drops of the blend with 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of carrier oil, body oil, cream, or lotion. For sensitive skin, older adults, or children, use a more diluted amount.

We offer a range of skin-friendly carrier oils—such as jojoba, grapeseed, coconut, apricot kernel, sunflower, and sweet almond oil—to help you create a nourishing blend for areas of muscle and joint discomfort.*

Aromatherapy Use:
Add a few drops of Mobility Ease Essential Oil Blend to a diffuser or tissue to experience its fresh, grounding aroma. Use in a well-ventilated area and limit diffusion to 30–60 minutes. Not recommended for young children or individuals with respiratory sensitivities. For external use only.*
