Thirty minutes soaking in a tub of warm water and a mixture of essential oils, in addition to being relaxing, can support your overall health.* Take the fast pace of the day and put it aside so you can rejuvenate your body and mind.
It’s not selfish to carve out 30 minutes at least 3 times a week to care for YOU! This is valuable time to take away your mental stress and muscle tension. Create a new habit by trying these essential oil natural calming bath recipes!*
Close any doors and windows in your bathroom to prevent oil vapors from escaping. Fill your tub with warm or hot water. You may wish to add a cup of epsom salt for additional benefits, such as detoxification. Dilute the oils in the recipe with a carrier oil (we recommend sweet almond, but others may be used) and pour the mixture into the water. Gently swirl to disperse evenly. Enter your bath and enjoy!
