Suggestions:

• For aches and pains, use 4 drops rosemary, 2 drops lemongrass, 4 drops nutmeg pure essential oils in 4 teaspoons (20 ml) of sweet almond oil or carrier oil.
• For hair and scalp, add 5 drops rosemary 5 drops tea tree pure essential oils to 4 teaspoons (20 ml) of non-fragrance shampoo for washing hair.
• To stimulate the mind, vaporize or diffuse 3 drops rosemary and 3 drops peppermint pure essential oils.
