Almond oil for constipation is a tremendous aid when it comes to digestive issues. Almond oil is more popularly known for being nourishing to the skin—the nutrients, vitamins, and proteins that our Sweet Almond Oil offers make it a welcome addition to your skin care regimen!* But almond oil is also so much more! In fact, when it comes to digestive issues, use Almond Oil for constipation!*
Almond Oil has a milk laxative effect—ingesting it everyday can help loosen stools, put an end to constipation, and get the digestive system flowing normally again.* Simply take 2 – 4 tablespoons a day in a variety of ways: stir it in Greek yogurt; splash it on salads and vegetables; or blend it with your milk of choice (almond, soy, coconut, whole milk, etc.).
Almond Oil’s sweet taste allows it to go down easier than (the more conventional) castor oil. Purchase Almond Oil at your local health food store, gourmet store, some grocery stores or on Amazon.
In addition to ingesting Almond Oil by mouth, try mixing a couple drops of one of the following oils with your Almond Oil and massage topically onto your belly: Black Pepper, Basil, Cinnamon, Fennel, Ginger, Pink Grapefruit, Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram, Orange, Peppermint, Rose, and Rosemary.
Finally, try using essential oils in conjunction with EFT for even more effectiveness in relieving constipation. Because constipation typically contains an element of emotional components, using our *free* EFT script for constipation (see below) may help your issue significantly.*
