In all we have listed 10 simple blend recipes, using only six essential oils. Most of the oils are common and have multiple uses, and most likely you will have them in your home.

As mentioned above we like these blends best in a roller ball. They are easy to use and can be taken with you anywhere. To use in a roller ball add the essential oils in the recipe of choice and fill the remainder of the 9mL roller bottle with a carrier oil. Fractionated coconut oil is what we use most, but we also like grapeseed oil in these blends. Shake the roller bottle before each. Apply to wrists, temples, or back of your neck as you feel the need.
To diffuse these blends add distilled water (if available) to the max fill line in your diffuser. Add the essential oils as directed in each recipe. Replace the diffuser cover and turn it on. Diffuse for a couple hours or all day, We find these blends to be most effective when diffused while actively working on a project or task.
