Essential Oils to Help Addictions

Whether you struggle with something as seemingly small as a sugar addiction, or you know someone addicted to porn or hard drugs, check out essential oils to help addictions.*

Addiction includes a wide variety of things like drugs, alcohol, tobacco, and pharmaceuticals. But it’s possible to be addicted to less threatening substances such as soda, sugar, candy, or food. There are also addictive activities, like pornography, gambling, or other bad habits that people develop a dependency upon. This dependency can lead to health issues, guilt, and anxiety. Withdrawal symptoms might include headaches, nausea, sickness, cravings, anger, and more.
