Essential Oils for Immune System Support

Essential Oils for Immune System Support

Our favorite essential oils for immune system support are combined in our Bandits Essential Oil Blend. This blend contains the very same oils that legendary thieves used during the Bubonic plague to prevent illness! Clove bud, lemon, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus radiata, and rosemary help keep you strong and healthy, and keep those colds and nasty bugs away!*

Individual essential oils for immune system support that we recommend are tea tree, geranium, lavender, oregano, and peppermint essential oils for helping the immune system.*

Eating Right to Strengthen Your Immune System

In addition to using essential oils for immune system support, it’s important to make sure you’re eating a variety of vegetables, preferably raw. Salads (meaning lots of greens!) are extremely beneficial to help keep your system clean and provide you with essential vitamins and nutrients.

And although it may cost a bit more, there are definite benefits to going organic. Some studies show that organic produce contains more beneficial nutrients, such as antioxidants, than conventionally grown veggies. You also won’t ingest potentially harmful chemicals in the form of pesticides and herbicides when you go organic.
