How to Dilute Sweet Dreams Essential Oil Blend
If you purchase the Sweet Dreams Essential Oil Blend concentrate (aromatherapy for insomnia) you must dilute it before you apply it to skin near your nose, or on your temples. Add 3 to 4 drops of the concentrate to 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of carrier oil, body oil, cream, or body lotion.
We have many carrier oils including Apricot Kernel Oil, Coconut Oil Solid, Cucumber Seed Oil Carrier Oil, Fractionated Coconut Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Jojoba, Pomegranate Seed Oil, Prickly Pear Seed Oil, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Sunflower Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Tomato Seed Oil, and Watermelon Seed Oil.
You can also diffuse Sweet Dreams Essential Oil Blend in your bedroom prior to sleep to support deep sleep.
