If you purchase the Relaxing Essential Oil Blend concentrate you can dilute it and apply it directly to your skin. Topical application is recommended.  Add 4 to 5 drops of the concentrate to 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of carrier oil, body oil, cream, or body lotion.

We have many carrier oils including jojoba, grape seed, coconut oil, apricot kernel oil, sunflower and sweet almond oil.
