Essential oils have wonderful scents that can be enjoyed through the sense of smell. Aromatherapy is another way to use essential oils which can help you achieve a more balanced state of being by combining all three senses – sight, sound (from breathing in) and touch (by massaging your body).

Benefits of Crystals

Crystals are known to have healing properties. They can be used to help you achieve a more balanced state of mind, body and spirit.

Crystals are said to help balance the chakras in your body, which are energy centers that correspond with different parts of your being. Each chakra corresponds with certain emotions or physical traits:

• The root chakra (red) is located at the base of your spine and relates to survival instincts such as security and stability
• The sacral chakra (orange) sits below the navel and relates to sexuality, creativity, pleasure-seeking behavior like eating too much junk food or taking risky financial risks.
• The solar plexus chakras (yellow) is located near where many people would normally wear their belt buckle when wearing pants/shorts/skirts etc.; it governs issues relating back towards self-esteem issues such as low confidence levels due perhaps from childhood trauma experienced during adolescence years wherein peers picked on them relentlessly because they felt insecure about themselves due simply due lack thereof confidence while growing up.”

Essential oils are natural and can be used to help you achieve a more balanced state of being. They work on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels to help you feel calmer, happier and more confident.

Essential oils can help with stress, anxiety and depression by reducing cortisol levels in the blood which helps calm down the nervous system (the part of our bodies that controls how we respond to stressful situations). They also have an uplifting effect on mood meaning that when we are feeling low we can use them as a pick-me-up!

Crystal Diffuser

A crystal diffuser is a tool that uses the healing properties of crystals and essential oils to create an ambient atmosphere in any space. It’s easy to make your own!

To use a crystal diffuser, place a few drops of your favorite essential oil on top of the stone (or stones) in your bowl. Then set it up somewhere where you can enjoy its benefits maybe near your bedside table or on top of a nightstand, The best part about using these tools is that they’re portable; you can move them around as much as you like.

Diffuse & Hold

If you have a diffuser, choose an oil and add it to your diffuser. Pick a crystal to hold, set a purpose and begin your meditation practice.

If you don’t have a diffuser simply uncap your essential oil bottle and keep it neary you while you hold your crystal. You can also rub a few drops onto your hands and inhale notably while you meditate.

Another way to diffuse and hold is to place the crystal in your hand, then inhale the scent of your essential oil from the crystal. This technique can be used with any type of crystal and any type of essential oil. It works especially well with clear or translucent crystals because they allow you to see the color of your essential oil as it mixes with the stone’s energy.

Bathe With Both

Have a spa day at home with some crystals and oils. Use about 8-10 drops of your preferred essential oil, but be mindful to always check the safety of your essential oils as some can irritate the skin.  Our essential oil descriptions and uses pages provide you with the necessary safety tips for each of the essential oils available from our website.

Some crystals are sensitive to heat and water so do not add any of the following to the tub or foot bath.

Anoint Your Crystals With Oils

Anointing your crystals with oils is a great way to infuse the properties of the oil into your crystal. You can do this by simply placing a drop or two of essential oil on top of your crystal and allowing it to soak in. If you’re using a large piece, like an amethyst geode or agate slab, you may want to use more than one drop so that all sides are coated with oil.

If you want to get fancy with this process, mix up some homemade infused carrier oil blends beforehand so that all you have to do is add them onto your stones! You can also use essential oils alone without any other ingredients or try our essential oils blends.

Massage with Crystals & Essential Oils

Massage is a great way to get your crystals and essential oils together. You can use gemstone rollerball which is a simple tool to make (see below) and use while massaging someone else or yourself, as it helps you apply the right amount of pressure without being too rough. It also keeps things sanitary since there’s no need for messy hands! Rollers are especially effective when used on the feet, back and shoulders, or abdomen.

Create Infused Sprays

To create a crystal infused spray add essential oils to water in a spray bottle and then spray it on crystals or your skin. You will want to use a carrier oil with your essential oils, simply mix the essential oils with the carrier oil before adding them into your container of choice.

Another way to make a crystal infused spray is to  fill spray bottle, distilled or filtered water, 3-5 drops of oil and a crystal. Allow the mixture soak. You can take it one step further by allowing the mixture to sit in indirect sunlight (not all crystals can be in sunlight – be sure to do your research) or under the moonlight to obtain and activate the healing properties.

Spray bottles are easy to find at any store that sells home goods–you’ll find them next to mops, brooms, and other cleaning supplies at most grocery stores! They come in all shapes and sizes too: some have wide openings for spraying larger objects; others have narrow ones better suited for smaller pieces. Gemstone Rollerballs

Rollerballs are a great way to apply oils to your skin. They are easy to use, portable, and can be used on the go. You can use rollerballs with any type of oil, including essential oils and carrier oils to enhance your experience with crystals.

Gemstone rollerballs are especially helpful for those who want to use crystals as part of their daily routine but don’t have time for a full body massage or other treatment options.
