Sandalwood pure essential oil is derived from the sandalwood tree, native to the East Indies. Its divinely sweet aroma, a softly balsamic base-note, evokes the Earth element at its most sensual yet tranquil.

This oil is steam distilled from the heartwood of sandalwood and is rich in sesquiterpenes, a class of compounds studied in Europe for their potential to stimulate the pineal gland and limbic region of the brain – the center of our emotions.
