Essential Oils for Menopause *

Essential oils for menopause can not only help physical symptoms, but can also greatly aid in emotional issues.* Help relieve hot flashes, deal with anger and frustration, loss of energy, loss of focus, sweating, menopausal acne and even hair loss with the following essential oils. Add them to a compress, bath, or massage (diluted with carrier oil). You can also make your own essential oil mixture by diluting a few drops of each into 1 tablespoon of carrier oil.

Cool & Calm Essential Oil Blend – Perimenopause and Menopause Support

Cool & Calm Essential Oil Blend is a Perimenopause and Menopause Support blend which helps to support balance, calm hot flashes, reduce nervous tension, and lift mood.  A cooling, uplifting blend which helps balance and reduce symptoms of perimenopause and menopause such as sweats, hot flashes, mood swings, nervousness, sleeplessness. 

Topical application is recommended. Dilute 4-5 drops per 2 teaspoons of carrier oil.
