Make Your Own Essential Oil Mixture for Congestion

Eucalyptus essential oil 4 drops

Sinus Congestion Essential Oils For a Bath

Dissolve 2 cups of Epsom salt in the bath water.  Dilute the essential oils into carrier oil.  Pour the blend in the water and swirl to disperse the oil evenly.  Relax and enjoy the bath for at least 30 minutes.
